Refund policy

We DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the product is opened. The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Shipping for the return item is required to be paid for by the customer.

Disclaimer: All sales are final for any and all online e-courses, digital content, and any products sold by Amare Healing Arts. No refunds, returns, transfers or exchanges are issues for online digital products once a sale is completed. By purchasing our digital products you agree that they are as-is and consent to the purchase of our digital products and our policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Amare Healing Arts, we work hard to make sure that you get your products as soon as possible! If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation notice within the first hour of your purchase.

If you cancel your order after it has already been processed from the fulfillment center and shipped out, you must wait until the order is delivered and return it to us, unopened, unused and in it's original packing. We do not provide paid return shipping. 

Once we have received the order and confirm that the items have been unopened, unused and in their original packing, your refund will be processed.

We do not refund shipping costs or return costs. You will receive a refund for the amount of the order minus shipping costs. 

Please send a cancellation notice/ email to our customer service team within one hour of your order to ensure that we have not already shipped it out! Your order can only be refunded if you have sent us your cancellation notice within this time. All cancellation notices should be sent to our customer service team with the subject “Order Cancellation” and the order #.

RETURNS

Please note: We only allow returns or exchanges on unopened, unused items in their original packing. 

Return requests are only accepted up to 5 days after the item has been marked delivered by the tracking number. If 5 days have gone by since you received the items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return, refund, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. 

To request a refund/ return please send an email within 5 days of receiving the item to: shop.amarehealingarts@gmail.com with the subject line reading "return/refund request for order #."  Please include the reason for the return/refund request as well as any pictures of the item if necessary.

Once we have received your email and confirmed your order, you will receive a reply email form our team and you can send the products back to us at:

You are responsible for the return shipping fees to our warehouse. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. Please email us the tracking number for the return order once it has been shipped out to ensure we receive the items and can verify that the order has been shipped in the appropriate time frame.
When the items have been received at our warehouse, the warehouse will check the items to make sure they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

After the items have been processed back into the warehouse inventory and confirmed that they are in their original packaging, unused and unopened, your refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost of your order.

We do not allow returns for digital products.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We do not allow refunds for digital products.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

A refund usually takes 5 - 7 business days to process.

If you have not received your refund after that time, please contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We are happy to exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop.amarehealingarts@gmail.com with the subject line reading "Exchange for order #". Please include the reason for your exchange request and any pictures of the defective item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
