Extra Strength Arnica Cream for Plastic Surgery Recovery with lemongrass, echinacea and other herbs to help decrease swelling, work on fibrosis, and reduce pain. 

Arnica is a common plant used in healing swelling, broken tissue, and bruises. The Arnica in the white tube, Boiron Arnicare, will not be strong enough for post op, nor will there be enough in that little tube to cover your whole body. Arnica is not the only herb that is vital to getting rid of swelling, bruising, pain, soreness and healing broken tissue.

Our recommended Extra Strength Arnica Cream for post-op bruising and swelling has Eucalyptus, Lemongrass, Rosemary, Black Pepper Seed, Camellia Organic Green Tea Extract and other herbs that support healing tissue.

Our cream does not contain menthol.

Lemongrass

Lemongrass essential oil has antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties. Pain and swelling reliver.

Rosemary 

As an analgesic, Rosemary is known as a natural relieve pain reliever and support the circulatory and nervous systems.

Black pepper essential oil is believed to have beneficial properties particularly the active ingredient piperine for its anti-inflammatory compounds and antispasmodic properties, increasing circulation and blood flow to the muscles and nerves.

How to use: 

The Arnica and other herbs in this cream are absorbed through your skin and directly into your tissue. The more skin you cover, the more powerful the herbs will be.

Use fingertip strength to apply the cream to your skin, NOT deep pressure or rubbing INTO your skin.

Apply cream to the surgery area and gently massage onto skin with fingertips in a circular motion until cream is dry. Once surgery areas are covered, apply cream regularly to the rest of the body.
